How would you solve this? Car & illness problem combined?

So, I have an illness that's apparently made me very sensitive to chemicals in cars. I've been ill in 12 year old cars. I also need a very low car seat to keep my blood pressure up, so it's hard to find a car.
When my last car died I
New cars are awful. This is a problem all of us have, and one of the reasons why I haven't owned one in, oh probably close to a decade now.
I'm sending you a link to a large group of people with plenty of experience.

SIMS 141 - Overview of How Search Engines Work
Search Engines: Technology, Society, and Business. The World Wide Web brings much of the world's knowledge into the reach of nearly everyone ...
In Context: Audi S4 quattro S-tronic
The last generation S4 was enjoyable. With a 340-hp 4.2-liter V8 under the hood and all-wheel-drive, it made wonderful, guttural noises as it flung you down the road, but had the added benefit of four driven wheels to put the power down and keep you on the tarmac. The latest edition sits on a new platform, ditches the V8 for a more fuel-efficient supercharged V6 and wraps it all in a more stylish body. That’s fine, but is it still fun to drive?

Who’s The Buyer
This car is for you if:
You live in an “all-season” area and desire a sport sedan whose all-wheel-drive system has decades of rally and road racing experience behind it. In your dictionary, iconic German design is best described by the word “Bauhaus” not “Bangle.” “Sport” reaches beyond a more powerful engine. It encompasses every aspect of the vehicle.
This car is NOT for you if:
The pure sensations and balance of a rear-drive chassis are paramount. You believe that, for the price, you should get more than the first scheduled maintenance for free. Four interlocked rings don’t trump a propeller or three-pointed star.
Alternatives To Consider:
BMW 335i xDrive : BMW’s xDrive (all-wheel-drive) system interposes a center differential between the gearbox and driveshaft that shoots power to the front wheels as needed. It retains the rear-drive bias of the regular 3 Series, but offers all-weather traction. BMW’s twin-turbo six is down 33 hp to the Audi, and the transmission has one less speed. Similarly optioned the Audi is $500 cheaper—a pittance in terms of the monthly payment, and BMW provides 4 years/50,000 miles free maintenance. That alone is worth far more than any difference in MSRP.
